Your booking data

What I ask for. Last year's reservations from every channel: arrival date, nights, rate, room type, status (stayed, cancelled or no-show), and the date each booking was made. After that, last week's check-ins every Monday; many reservation systems can email that report automatically. CSV or Excel. Send the complete export from your reservation system, covering every channel; if your Booking.com or Expedia bookings aren't in it, send those extranet exports too. Not sure how to get the export? I'll walk you through it on a short call.

What I never take. Guest names, emails, phone numbers or payment details. Remove them before sending; files that contain them go back to you.

How it's used. Only to work out your rates. Your data is never sold or shared.

Deleting it. If you don't go ahead after a free sample, I delete your file. If you stop, tell me and I delete it.

This website. No cookies, no tracking, no forms.
